October–November 2025 activity report
We submitted proposals and accountability reports, recorded support for education and vocational activity, and prepared the December community events.

Support and accountability
We submitted project proposals concerning youth and widow empowerment and deposited reports with CDENO and Bamenda City Council. The record also describes school-related assistance and support after vocational training. Proposals and applications describe resources we sought; they are separate from assistance recorded as delivered.
Preparing community events
Members met online on 6 October to plan the Christmas event scheduled for 13 December. We discussed the budget, fundraising and membership. The combined report also records participation in planning for the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. These planning meetings do not establish attendance or outcomes at the later events.
Proposals, reports and direct support
The two-month account records youth-empowerment and widow-empowerment proposals, appeal letters and submission of reports to CDENO and Bamenda City Council. School support and a vocational start-up contribution were also recorded. Individual payments and identities remain in the private records.
The coordinator attended planning for the 34th International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The source distinguishes the November planning meeting from the December celebration it was preparing. New contacts included a women-led organisation and a church contact in Coventry. These were networking steps and should not be presented as completed partnership agreements.
An online meeting for Christmas
Members met online on 6 October to prepare the Christmas event scheduled for 13 December. After prayer and a welcome, the coordinator described the temporary secretarial arrangements and work completed on reports, training records and earlier activities. The proposed event budget was presented.
Discussion concerned dues, contributions, fundraising and people interested in joining the association. Members were to explain its purpose to prospective participants. The meeting closed with prayer and plans to meet again. The annual report later describes the event itself, allowing readers to follow preparation through to the December programme.
