Poultry follow-up
Between 4 and 12 February, a veterinary technician visited households after poultry support provided in December 2023. Feed costs and bird losses were among the concerns. On 28 February, the monthly report records participants returning for further chicks after sales. It does not establish net income or confirm continued production for every household.
Reviewing our work with Social Affairs
On 22 February, a Social Affairs delegation visited us to discuss activities, difficulties and the July 2023–June 2024 plan. The discussion included reporting, follow-up and coordination with other organisations. Suggestions and offers of future help are recorded as next steps.
Monitoring, then another round
A veterinary technician visited the Regional Assembly-supported poultry group from 4 to 12 February, around six weeks after the December training. The monthly report describes many birds doing well, alongside losses in some households and repeated difficulty buying feed. The detailed monitoring report preserves the differences across ten entries.
On 28 February, participants returned for more chicks after selling birds. The coordinator encouraged them to protect the activity’s capital and described monitoring over at least three rounds. This records a further implementation step and an intention to support continuity. The source gives no verified calculation of household net income.
The delegation’s visit and administrative work
Social Affairs representatives visited on 22 February. The coordinator presented achievements, constraints and the July 2023–June 2024 work plan. The delegation offered recommendations, with members responding before refreshments and photographs. The separate visit report gives the fuller programme and the request for more specific targets and reporting.
The monthly source also contains borrowing and proposed-project payment details. Those organisational financial arrangements remain in the private reconciliation record. They do not establish completion or receipt of the prospective project funding.
