Welcoming people to the gathering
A sign beside the entrance welcomes visitors to CVID-Cam and gives the date as 18 December 2021. The wider visual record shows a banner for the 2021 Christmas event, outdoor seating and people gathered beneath trees and decorations. The images preserve the setting and the way the event was presented to those arriving.
Preparing for the occasion
One close view shows bags arranged together against a wall. Other archive views show sacks set aside near the signs and people speaking during the gathering. The photographs document those details of the occasion. The programme, attendance and item totals remain unconfirmed.
